Rumsey Kids 2003

Just some fun pictures of the Rumsey kids I found the other day. I took the kids to different placed in Silverdale and we had some fun with lots of pictures. Maybe you can tell I had just learned a new trick in Photoshop.

1978 Disnyland Trip with Mom & Dad

Our family took a trip to Disneyland in1978 with Mom and Dad.

Moving on t0 1978

Nina picking up some beauty sleep. It has worked so very well over the year. That is why she so beautiful.

Mary Anne came for a visit. I just love that suit coat, maybe it will came back in style. I'm sure I have it around here some where.

We started Brandon & Michele working at an early age.

We wanted to compete with the Von Trapp family. They were very talented singers.

We like to coordinate the couch covering pattern with the wall paper pattern. It made it so the whole room blended together.

Now there's a group of goofy kids

Now this is a good looking group of kids. I think the tall one in the center with the big ears is the best looking.

The Orr family came to visit Vallejo in 1977.

Time has not been good to some of us. Oh how things have changed.

We took mom and dad on a SF Bay ferry ride.

Some of the Wades came for a visit at Easter Time.

Halloween with the Ricks kids

There were several years of Halloween Costumes in the pictures I scanned. I thought the kids would appreciate me sharing the pictures with as wide an audience as possible.

Why take the picture in the hall?

Checking for Sharks

Our backyard pool was so "large" that I would have Brandon don his dive gear and check it for sharks.

But all he ever found was a dolphin for two.

After he had made sure the pool was save I could enter and enjoy.

Later I would use his shark finding skills in the big ocean. I would send Brandon out first to clear the way of sharks or any other undesirable sea creatures.

So it turns out that kids can be useful for somethings.
As you may have noticed I am scanning a different set of photo albums.

The best looking kids in the world.

Their mother has always known how to get the best pose from the kids when taking pictures. I think they have all be very patient in putting up with their mothers posing methods. I think / hope they have had fun doing it.

After this they did some fun shots.

Mary Anne's Pictures

Mary Anne commented that there were not many pictures of her. Well when I was scanning mother pictures I found an envelope full of pictures of just Mary Anne. It looks like the folks made up for the lack of Mary Anne pictures later. I think the younger kids were just spoiled by dad and mother.
